Customer Service and Sales Support Representative

We are hiring Customer Service and Sales Support Representatives to provide superior support to our customers. In this role, you will interact with the customer and provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team. You will act as a communication link between Chainlogix and its customers. Duties may include order processing/entry, record keeping, response to customer inquiries and RFP. To perform in this role, you need to be able to communicate well, be a problem solver for our customers, and display strong organizational and time management skills.
